Paralympics Update
Tezna Abrahams is an I2B athlete who is competing at the Paris 2024 Paralympics. She finished 11th in the Long Jump and must still compete in the 200m track event. We are very proud of you Tezna and are praying for you and the other athletes!

Saying Goodbye to Oom (Uncle) Hennie
Hennie van der Merwe was my dad’s youngest brother (62). He sadly passed away last week due to a bloodclot. He was my very first financial sponsor 17 years ago. I just finished my studies and felt the call to full time skate ministry. If it was not for my uncle’s support back in 2007, I might have been forced to choose a different career path. I will forever be grateful for his generosity and obedience that served as the kick-off for my journey in full time skate ministry.
Below is the foosball table he sponsored 16 years ago that we are still using in the I2B Center at the Somerset West Skatepark.

Container Move
We have been wanting to move the container at the skatepark for a very long time. Thank you to Wayne and his team for helping us move it in order to make space for the big bowl to go next to the smaller wooden bowl. Both bowls will be concrete in the end.
Below is the frame and space for the new bowl.
